Who are PROVIDER ASSIST?
Operating since 2010, Provider Assist are Australia’s Aged Care Business Performance Specialists. They exist to ensure that every Older Australian receives the care, dignity and quality of life they deserve by making sure Aged Care Organisations have the tools, resources and knowledge to be able to do so. With over 60 employees, the business is run by Managing Director, Victoria Kelly.
The Problem
Victoria had been managing the company’s legal obligations herself with the assistance of an external law firm. This was not working out. It was taking too much of her time, her lawyers were being inflexible in their approach and her time frames were not being met. However the volume of legal work was not yet large enough for a full time in-house counsel.
The Solution
